Manufacturing Project Manager (EXCELLENT GROWTH POTENTIAL)

Helps people every day make changes that better their lives and lives of the people around them.  We are currently assisting an industry leader locate their newest addition to their team; Manufacturing Project Manager.



  • Responsible for managing all projects from inception to completion.

  • Process estimates and quotes to customers using appropriate quotation forms.

  • Estimation of all new orders throughout the production process, along with handling all customer related issues and concerns.

  • Monitor inventory including warehouse items.  Keep management appraised of overstock, inventory shortages and inventory flow.

  • Quality assurance of projects.

  •   Fully understand product details including machine capabilities and costing variables to correctly estimate work projects.

  • Process and monitor orders through production, fulfillment and shipping.  Process and approve billing information.  Ensure all required or customer requested changes are addressed appropriately.

  • Consistently and effectively keep all parties up to date on project timeline, current or potential issues, and work with all parties to bring resolution to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Keep customer information accessible and organized.

  • Source various materials used in conjunction with the production of the order.   Assist sales management in costing of projects and/or specific items.

  • Provide unmatched customer service that ensures all projects meet customers expectations.  Keep orders, quotes, production timelines, etc. Updated in the production tracking system.



  • 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment

  • College degree in graphics or manufacturing related discipline

  • Experience in corrugated or paper industry

  • 1+ years experience managing multiple direct reports
  • Good oral and written communication skills
