HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner - Hospital / Healthcare - $120-155k plus bonus
Interviewing first 2 weeks of January
This role is viewed as future succession planning to the VP-HR. This role is newly created as a result of a recent HR reorganization. The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to all clinical and ancillary operations for the hospital.
Our client is looking for a strong HR Generalist that will have focal points in labor and employee relations, leadership development, and creating & implementing policies and procedures.
Must have 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a Hospital / Health Care setting
Strong communication skills and ability to influence employees at all levels
Ability to enable Sr. Leadership to make sound decisions
Exhibit upward potential to become VP-HR in the future.
