ABOUT THE ROLE
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a decade or more in the lending space who also has had some experience leading others in a sales management role. In this position you will aggressively work to maximize market growth in loans and deposits by coaching and developing a team of bankers with an emphasis on new customer development. Out client places a priority on teamwork and commitment to the goals of the team, region and the organization and you will be key in this process. Responsible for training, employee development, sales and performance tracking while also helping your team navigate deals to fruition.

10 + Years in a mid-market commercial lending role
3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
Formal credit background
Typically working with credits in the $1-10+ million range
Typically working with lower mid-market clients
