Contract Recruiter

 

$30 - $36/hr.

 

4 6 month contract

Our client has engaged Bell & Associates to help find their next Contract Recruiter.  This position works collaboratively with the Talent & Culture team to lead full cycle recruiting efforts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Scope position and develop job description. Acquire hiring manager approval of job description.

  • Conduct manager orientation to the hiring process which includes diverse recruiting strategies.

  • Post job opening, source, and pre-screen candidates.

  • Monitor the company applications inbox for potential candidates and/or use UltiPro recruiting module as applicable.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; prepare interview packets for interview team.

  • Ensure that candidate rubrics are developed, distributed, and collection from the hiring team.

  • Ensure that behavioral interview questions are used and coordinated across the hiring team as applicable.

  • Facilitate communication with candidates and completion of an assessment as needed.

  • Develop and facilitate offer.

  • Submit background checks and conducts reference checks.

  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires. 

  • Coordinate with T&C for all tools, templates, and processes.  

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree preferred but would consider an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates possession of core competencies.

  • 7+ years of HR experience with 2+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume recruitment role.

  • Experience with best practice recruitment technologies, including resume database and applicant tracking systems, intranet/web-based recruiting, applicant flow and affirmative action, etc.

  • Must be highly motivated, capable of self-direction, detail oriented and able to work collaboratively in a teamwork capacity. 

  • Must exhibit a keen sense of responsibility and enjoy working with multiple demands, shifting priorities and constant change.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Confident interacting with top executives

  • Ability to think clearly and execute, while under pressure

  • Responsive with a dedication to assisting others, providing information and resolving issues fairly and appropriately

  • Highly ethical and committed to the values of the company and maintenance of confidentiality

  • Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle interruptions and meet objectives in an accurate and timely manner

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to assimilate new information and processes quickly.

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

  • 2+ years experience using an HRIS/Payroll system, UltiPro preferred.
