ABOUT THE ROLE
Primary focus on relationship development with new and existing customers in your market. Working effectively with various people and groups across the commercial lending unit including leadership, credit teams etc. to complete new business. Aggressively working through networking, cross selling, cold calling and other means to find and develop new business for the bank. Our client is looking for top talent and is open to conversations with lenders working anywhere in the commercial lending product spectrum C&I, CRE, Equipment, Construction, Acquisition and more.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND / SKILLS
5-10 + Years in a commercial lending role in your current market
Track record of success
Typically working with credits in the $1-10 million range
Typically working with lower mid-market clients
Open to lenders focused on C&I, CRE (OO or investment), business acquisition loans and more.
