Salary $70K-$80K plus a $10K bonus

Bell & Associates has been retained to find our clients next Manager/Senior Manager of Tax in Overland Park, Kansas. Our  client has been serving businesses in the Kansas City area since 1981. They offer a blend of Accounting and Tax Services, CFO Services, and Retirement Plan Administration.

Committed to balancing your needs with the needs of the firm even during tax season their associates typically don't work more than 55 hours or less with normal work hours the remainder of the year. They fully believe in a true Work/Life balance and flexible schedule to spend more time with your families. No travel, all clients are in the Kansas City area.

Our client is the exclusive Overland Park, KS member of CPAmerica International, one of the largest networks of CPA firms in the world.

 

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of public accounting experience primarily in tax.  They will be familiar with S-corporations, partnerships, individual returns and C-corps.  Additionally, they would be proficient with tax planning and researching tax issues and training/developing younger associates. CPA a must.
